PhD candidate at the Food Science and Technology Department of the University of the Peloponnese

Dimitra Tsoliakou is a PhD candidate in the Department of Food Science & Technology of the University of Peloponnese. Her thesis focuses on the study of the microbial system of dairy products. She graduated from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of the University of Thessaly in 2019. She continued her studies in the postgraduate program of Food Science and Technology at the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, where she graduated with honors in 2022. She has participated in research programs funded by the European Union, while he has taken part in conferences with a poster presentation.
