PhD candidate at the Food Science and Technology Department of the University of the Peloponnese

Μr. Anastasios-Konstantinos Sakellaridis is a Doctoral Student at the Department of Food Science & Technology of the University of The Peloponnese since December of 2020. His research is focused on the study of the microbial ecosystem of the P.D.O Nemea wine. He is an alumnus of the Agricultural University Of Athens (Integrated Master) and a Post-Graduate (MSc.) Diploma holder in the field of Quality-Post Harvest Biology and Technology of Fruits, Vegetables and Cut-Flowers from the Department of Crop Science of the Agricultural University of Athens. He has participated in various national and international conferences in the field of fruit biology and wine, either with oral presentations or poster presentations.
